CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We have customer-friendly RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Domestic Orders:

Cancellation Policy :

1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before you order is shipped, please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.

2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

1. You can place a return request for upto 48 hrs of receiving the shipment.

2. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at team@zilikaa.com mentioning your Order ID.

3. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

4. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return/exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

5. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.

6. After raising your return request within 48 hrs, in the case due to certain circumstances, if you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame of two pickup attempts (meaning if you miss two pickup attempts) then no refund will be made. Only credit note would be given and the product has to be returned in the next pickup attempt.

7. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of a lost shipment, we will need the proof of return from you.

8. COD charges are non-refundable

9. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse.

10. Return would not be accepted if the saree has been ordered with fall or edging or if you have done fall or edging to it.

11. Return would not be accepted if the product is customized for you.

12. Return would not be accepted if the product is made to order.

13. Return would not be accepted if the return is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

14. Return would not be accepted if the product shows any physical damage

Exchange Policy:

1. You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note ZILIKAA will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.

3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall or edging done to it or if you have done fall or edging to it.

4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product is made to order.

6. Exchange would not be accepted if there is any physical damage to the product.

7. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

8. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the replacement product as soon as we receive original and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note. 

9. Return of the exchanged product is not possible. You can only opt for an exchange option again (this time will be last time) or a credit note which will be valid for the period of 3 months.

International Orders:

1. COD facility is not available for international orders.

2. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

3. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

4. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on team@zilikaa.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer.

5. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.

6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. We, unfortunately, do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

ITEMS SOLD IN "STOCK CLEARANCE SALE" ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
